Well, why not? It's a perfectly plausible explanation.
Archaeologists and scientists still, admittedly, have not found out how such an ancient race of people could possibly lift stones that high as to create such tall, impressive standing stone monuments. Each stone weighs several tonnes, and a crane or ramp would have taken as much time to build as the pyramid itself. Yet, each pyramid took roughly 5000 men 5 years to build, so how did they manage to achieve such an seemingly impossible feat?
That's where the aliens come in. Also, the earliest pharaohs were known to have bigger then usual heads. That definitely seems to indicate something, possibly a sign of intelligence greater than the average humans's at that time, otherwise known as the homo sapiens.
These, ah, aliens in human disguise then figured out a way to make the humans of that time believe that they were, the gods who the daily Egyptian worshipped. They demanded food and ceremonies so that they would not become angry and wreak havoc all over ancient Egypt.
Possibly, the aliens could have gotten their spacecrafts to help in the pyramid building process.
Who knows? Definitely nobody until someones can figure out how to communicate with intelligent life forms in the solar system.

Cohort Camp

This is my fiftieth post. In a year. I know. It totally sucks.
Sooooo, I just came back from cohort camp and it was DAMN TIRING!!!!!!
ARGHHHHHHHHH
Anyways, we had mountain climbing but we weren't allowed to head to the summit, so sad sia. my legs were TIRED LIKE HELL.><
The neat day we had kayaking. i think it was WAAAAAY more FUUUUN then STUUUUPID MOUNTAIN CLIMBING, but my arms are FRICKIN tired and i got SUNBURNT on my left arm and my two kneecaps. and i turned SERIOUSLY TANNED!!!!
i hafta find a way to QUICKLY even out my tan line hahas....
then after cohort camp, me, faradina, angelica, aurelia, raphael and, keith and cherin ALL went to pizza hut to eat lunch. then we talked about LOADS of STUFF hahas...
im bored. im gonna go back to facebook now. bbs!!!

A kinder way to insult someone?

Apparently, there is a way to take the edge off any insult without actually having to apologise for it. That is by saying 'no offense'.
However, by saying 'no offense' you're actually in fact apologising in the loosest, least direct way. It comes across as an insincere apology, and might have the effect of making one even more offended instead of helping to soothe matters.
Saying 'no offense' also will most definitely not help when it comes to matters of racism or other political issues.
So, next time, if you really want to insult someone, perhaps one can just stare at the empty air and mutter the insult, and if you're heard, just merely look surprised and say," Oh, sorry, it was just a slip of the tongue!"
Oh, perhaps you can visit an establishment, such as a PSYCHOLOGY CLINIC, and go for anger-management lessons. Pity we're not in New York, as apparently there is a pub there which especially lets customers break objects when you're angry. If you're really upset about something, you can even paste a picture of the person who offended you on a plate and hurl the plate across the room. Take pleasure at your enemies virtually shattering to pieces!

Why teachers confiscate our phones in cohort camps

Despite what many think, teachers are human beings too. Thus they are ABLE to get bored.
I'm sure that most of us have many fun games in our phones, which is a good thing. I'm not implying anything whatsoever.
However, teachers know that students tend to have fun games in their phones.
Have you ever wondered what teachers do in their comfy tents etc while WE poor students suffer in the wilderness?
You've guessed it right- they take out the phones that they have confiscated and PLAY the games that have been pain-stakingly downloaded into our phones. then they totally ruin your high-score(if you have a game that has high scores, that is)
So, next time, do NOT bring any such things to camp. However, if you REALLY, SERIOUSLY need to bring your phones or anything to school related camps, do NOT let the teachers know you've brought it. However, make sure you don't lose them to the other supernatural beings that are known to dwell in such camps.
REMEMBER-ESPECIALLY DO NOT. I repeat, DO NOT feed any electronics to animals such as wild boar or monkeys. it is seriously NOT healthy.

Dinosaurs were made up by the CIA to prevent timetravel

In order to prevent the human populace from travelling back in time to disrupt the daily flow of life, like going back in time to hit the winning lottery number, the CIA and people of science have made up dinosaurs to discourage time travelling.
The bones you see in museums are actually that of elephants and certain other large animals, melted and solidified together to create large bones, which the scientists then bury in certain areas and wait for innocent people to 'accidentally' stumble upon them.
Even if there really WERE such things as dinosaurs, how do we know that they were all so dangerous? They could have been giant and peaceful.
Scientists of course deny that they had done such atrocious things and insist that they have NOT fooled the local populace into thinking that dinosaurs were real.
The CIA did not want to be adding on to their jobs by having to go back in time to catch die-hard gamblers. So to prevent others besides the government scientists from creating a time travelling machine( which might have occur ed a long time ago if not for the CIA) they asked scientists to do something which would make the mere idea of time travelling repulsive.
It is rumoured that the scientists who first hit on the 'dinosaur' idea was strolling in the park while reading a book about giant flesh eating monsters.
Whether all this is true or not, we might never find out as the CIA and government still resolutely refuse comment.

im finally back frm genting. lol. but it was DAMN boring cuz we kana go to roller coasters....
so im going AGAIN on tUesDaY.
lol lol lol lol lol lol lol. anyways, i DIDN'T perform 4 the gala nite on the third nite cuz on the day earlier, me, lescee, namita, cheryl, shafiqah, haziq, chae yun, jong wun and keith were like all hanging out in someone's room(i forget) and then someone(again i 4get) decided it would b a good idea to perform a homemade ghost story, so three ppl(namita, keith and lescee) all acted as a ghost and it was damn freaky cuz they switched off all the lights and used a torchlight and entered the bathroom and the torchlight was flickering and it was damn scary. then wen they come out ir was like everyone was SCREAMING like hell especially me. actually i scream until i lost my voice so i didn't go 4 the gala nite lor=.=
i was suppose to b bunking with lynn, then in the end she go off to the seniors room to sleep and chat so i sneak 2 lescee and namita's room lor. den me and namita both bought a pair of sunglasses each. the next day, lescee looked thru my sunglasses and then thru the reflection she saw a WOMAN hanging on the clothes hanger and she couldn't see her face.
me and nam didn't believe and thought it was a trick of the light then i was the ghost 2 and it was damn freaky cuz i was looking at my sunglasses 2 and tilted it to this angle and suddenly it was reflectin the curtain and i could see a woman looking down with her hair covering her face and dressed in white.
the curtain wasn't white it was brown. i looked again and again and each time i could see the figure so it was like damn scary and i threw the sunglasses down. also wen someone took photos of us in our sunglasses in our rooms u can usually see figures which WERE NOT MEANT TO B THERE.
it was damn scary okay...but in the end one of the teachers advised us to fren the ghost so we did and we called her marisa(my idea. actually at first they called her pinkie yuck rite)
then apparently not ony OUR room haunted cuz apparently amoz and haziq both heard a knocking outside their room WINDOW. scary leh.
but now im back where im damn sure there are NO GHOSTS in my ROOM whatsoever.
as 4 wat i'll do with the sunglasses?

nail varnish disaster

i went 2 khalisah's house there wif shu en cuz we all agreed 2 meet up there. we wanna like giv each other mani lah, but it ALL turned outta b a disaster.

so we went to her house at 1. she lazy 2 walk so we all took a bus and waste our ez-link value LOL

den we reach her house, so i wanna boro shu en's PSP charger so i can charge my own PSP but it turned out it's my PSP itself spoilt not the PSP charger.

i was so disappointed.

we all went down to khalisah's house downstairs lah, but like it all started to go wrong.

first khalisah wanted me to paint her fingernails so i helped her and anyhow paint lah. but shu en even worse then me sia. she paint one fingernail ony then she remove the colour so she is like the fingernail varnish remover expert sia....
den we spilt a lotta remover so in one day we use 500 ml 2 50ml....
so pro rite???
den i go home using the bus and i had 2 wait 4 HALF AN HOUR!!!!!!!

last thursday i went bugis with li xin and co.
saw namita which was seriously unexpected.
Co. wanted to go watch 500 days of summer (ack) at iluma which is like across the street frm bugis(i reallly like 2 say iluma. ilumailumailumailumailuma)but me and li xin were like hell no im not gonna watch a movie wif suh a lame sounding title!!!so we went bak to bugis. and she like ate a ENTIRE set meal at yoshiyona and said it was her lunch.
it was only 11.30 am in the morning. she kana finish so in de end da bao the coleslaw and disgusting jelly thingy. i was sick at the sight of it.
after that we all go to the arcade. she exchange like i tink 14 dollars in2 the token thingys and then spent it all. i wasn't in the mood to go and play arcade so i just sat there watching her play...
i was freezing my BUTT off. but i was only wearing singlet. 2 singlets. so i guess i was lucky never go cinema.
after that we both went bak to iluma and than all go 2 dis plas where we were like everythin also anime. kinda like a japanese version of minitoons.
i wanted 2 buy domo but not enuf money. sob.
then wego BACKto bugis and they wanted to take neo prints but i dun was. so i just went ot watsons and spent 10 minutes buying nail varnish. LOL.
then after i go back li xin found out she lost her wallet then i was like mayb it's at mcdonalds so she rush off and came bak empty handed and the mcdonalds staff also say dun have...so in the end we go to the info counterand file report. poor li xin.
so i went back home and play com. the end.

as usual i am using the com while my parents are out doing god noes wat. but i tink its badminton. sry if there r 2 many typos but imwriting this wif one hand and i dun type that well wif ony one hand and it dun halp that im not looking at the screen as i type but im 2 lazy to keep looking at the screen as i type lol. so anyways i have my literature exam on monday. shuld b easy enuf. the one im more worried abt is the maths cuz my algebra sucks like hell. lalalala. but i reckon that if i study hard ill break under exam stress or wateva crap lah.

i am currently like, illegally using my computer. but technically i did ask 4 permission. just not to blog. ah well. anyway today i went 4 my piano lesson and then my teacher was like dawn! wat r u wearing? den i was like, uh my shirt? and jeans? den shewas like, u look like u r 18 yrs lod, den i was like me?! 18!? OMG. but then my other teacher(theory) was like, dawn, can u work harder if not u will fail ur grade 5. so i went, i DID get a apss 4 almost ALL the practice papers so far. den she said, ya, u got a BORDERLINE pass. u just got 66. the passing mark IS 66. den i was like, i dun care, i got a pass yay.

Khalisah 4got that her own birthday was coming. i was so shocked.

I'm planning on going 4 therapy shopping after the exams. so stressful and i need a new bottle of nail polish anyway. im thinking of buying ocean blue. all the black is starting to make me depressed i tink. which i SOOO do not need rite now. haha. ah well at least a bit of stress and depression might actually help wif improving my exam results. hu noes?

2day, khalisah went 2 schl.

i tot she would never come. anyways....apparently her mum tot that yesterday was children's day so no schl,so she didn't wake khalisah up and so she overslept....LOLZ!

of course, we had chinese 2day wif the infamous lim aber....but actually it was rather peaceful compared to wat we usually have to go thru. den we had literature wif mr soh, den it's PE. we had captain's ball. i was captain and i tink that i did not do a very good job. ah well. both sides kinda cheated anyway. den we had recess and i inspected the damage that khalisah had wrought on my mp3. it seemed 2 b rather minor compared to the scenario where she blew it up but still, wat she did was still pretty irritaing. after that we had maths and science. our maths teacher ms heng didn't come today. so we had another teacher. well 2 actually. the first teacher 4 de first period let us play r u smarter then a fifth grader, but the second teacher was SUPER DUPER BORING. we had to SIT there quietly how BOORING. guess science was okay though. but then hafta go home econs room and complete my sewing.
shu en did it 4 me. den we go hawker centre and eat lunch den i go home and get bored and laze around all day doing maths and revising history. den i read till 5.30 den i star using com lor.

Dying slowly from boredom. Life is unfair but at least i get 2 stay home myself during the june hols wen i not in australia. my crazy piano theory teacher hasn't set any holz homework which i recall n i dun hafta go on SUNDAY thank GOD!!!!!! but i have a lotta schl hol homework. nvm i can do slowly at my own pace during the weekend. hee hee. i tink i'll save chinese 4 last. 2daya had 2 lead sum p6 kids round da schl 4 the da vinci science challenge but it was pretty okay i guess. quite fun but it was boring 2 keep time. refreshments were yummy........saw the band practising downstairs really loudly. i tink that at the rate they r playing they sure win asny competition. oh yea that remiknds me i hafta go bak 4 choir practise during the june hols. very busyyyy.........

LOL i feel so bored all the time. i mean it's nearly the school hols 4 god's sake haha. But i still feel sooo bored and anyway, i got SOOOO much freakin homework to do. Y did the chinese teacher giv us sooo much hmwrk 2 do...i got punished cuz i didn't admit that i neva do my zao ju so in the end i have 2 copy out a newspaper article TWICE leh...sum more had 2 stand at the bak of the classroom....LOLZ i feel so wronged and i'm ony 3/4 done wif my hol hmwrk. left the copying out, book review 4 EL and the poems 2 be copied out on scrapbk 4 Lit. haha. i tink that's it...wait...i COMPLETELY 4got about my geography and my history worksheets....sighs i hope the teachers don't giv any more hmwrk 2morro....i got enuf hmwrk 2 cope wif.
